Junior Subcontracts Administrator

Rite-Solutions, Inc. has an opportunity in Middletown, RI for a Junior Subcontracts Administrator will focus on subcontract activities including Request for Quotes (RFQ), subcontracts administration, and closeout of subcontract agreements. This position is full-time on-site in Middletown, RI, hybrid will be considered for the right candidate.

Primary Duties/Essential Functions:

• Under supervision, Prepares Requests for Proposals/Quotes and evaluates responses based on proposal/quote requirements
• Provide insight on subcontract administration to include subcontractor rights, obligations and risk mitigation with guidance from Subcontracts Manager.
• Under supervision, prepare and issue Purchase
• Maintain accurate records and subcontract files
• Responsible for the evaluation and approval of all subcontractor invoices for allowability, allocability and compliance with subcontract terms and conditions.
• Resolves discrepancies related to subcontract administration, deliverables, invoicing, and payment.

Other Duties:

• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, state and federal contract requirements, and customer specifications.
• Other duties as Requirements:
• Ability to manage priorities and execute responsibilities with minimal supervision and meet deadlines in a high-pressured environment.
• 0 – 3 years of experience in subcontracts, procurement, or related area
• Strong attention to details
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Ability to conduct data analysis and develop insights
• Need to have clear, concise, and accurate communication skills
• Responsible for requesting and maintaining subcontractor compliance documentation
• Work effectively in a team environment to ensure that timelines of subcontract/purchase order awards are met
• Adaptable and able to handle challenging situations
• S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD security clearance
