Management Analyst

Rite-Solutions, Inc. is seeking a skilled and motivated Management Analyst to support on-site in our Middletown, Rhode Island office. This position serves as coordinator and principal owner of project analysis support services. Additionally, you will apply an understanding of the organization's vision and mission to provide program planning, analysis, reporting, metrics, and recommendations for continuous process improvement.

Requirements/Skills:

• Individual contributor and self-starter to support the company's engineering division
• Adaptable to flexible and fast-paced environment
• Able to collaborate across the organization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Superior oral and written communications skills, including communicating with peers, leadership, and clients
• Ability to support multiple simultaneous projects while attending meetings, preparing engineering products, overseeing the Configuration Management tools, supporting procurement activities and material management tasks, etc.
• Proactive in developing solutions to problem, comfortable working in a dynamic environment, interfacing with people of varied backgrounds, disciplines,
• Proficient with MS Suite including Outlook, Teams Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat
• S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD secret security clearance

Additional Skills of Interest (not required):

• DoD acquisition experience
• Familiarity with Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (N-ERP) tools and databases
• DoD technical specialist experience
• S Citizenship and an active DoD secret security clearance
